WOODBURY MASTERPLAN

Woodbury is a 700-acre master-planned community in Irvine, California, developed for the Irvine Company and designed by a collaborative team including JZMK Partners, SWA, and BAR Architects. The plan organizes the community into a series of intimate, traditional neighborhoods within a larger framework of mixed-use districts and connected open spaces.

A carefully structured density gradient places higher-density attached housing along key edges, transitioning to lower-density single-family homes surrounding neighborhood parks. This approach reinforces both community identity and livability.

At the heart of the development, a central village park serves as the primary gathering space, featuring an athletic club, play fields, and recreational amenities, all within walking distance of every residence.
