TRACY CITY HALL

Tracy, California

JZMK Partners provided architectural design and construction documents for a 43,000-square-foot, two-story City Hall building, along with site design for the surrounding civic commons and public spaces. The project was conceived as a centralized municipal facility, bringing multiple city departments together within a cohesive and efficient environment.

The building accommodates key functions including Development and Engineering Services, Human Resources, and offices for the Mayor and City Council, as well as a 150-seat City Council Chamber with public gallery and conference facilities. The design emphasizes accessibility, functionality, and civic presence, supporting both staff operations and public engagement.

Integrated public open spaces and gathering areas extend the civic experience beyond the building, creating a welcoming and connected community destination.
